The Big Clean Up Day

We successfully collected 40kg of trash on one of Norfolk post popular beaches, Great Yarmouth. It’s now time to bring the #cancollect movement to London. An event for everyone! It’s going to be super fun, exciting and a little bit silly. Put your on your smile, make the day free and let’s go save the planet!

Zero Waste London Swap Shop

Location: Cambridge Heath, London

Date: Saturday 31st August, 1pm-4pm

Bring your good quality clothes, accessories and home wares that you no longer need, want or wear to the Zero Waste Ldn Swap Shop event. Bring along 5 items, take 5 new items away. First come, first served on everything at the event. Browse for anything that takes your fancy! 

Pebble Pops Up

Location: St James’ Market, London

Date: Sunday 8th September, 12pm-9pm

A special sustainable living market, this pop up will be packed with conscious fashion, skincare, and homewares, alongside plant based and sustainable food and beverage.

Fashion Upcycling Workshop

Location: Harvey Nicolls, Knightsbridge, London

Date: Sunday 15th September, 10am-12pm

Awaytomars are revolutionising the fashion industry by giving a focus to old clothes. At this workshop you’ll be joined by Awaytomars CEO Alfredo Orobio and four members of the team to learn about upcycling before taking part in recreating your own T-shirt using the brand’s signature pattern.

The Future of Sustainable Fashion

The Big Bottle Count

Location: River Thames (18 various locations), London

Date: Tuesday 24th September, all day

Join Thames21 and the #OneLess Bottle campaign for a huge plastic counting project on the Thames. On the 24th September 2019, we will be sending volunteers to 18 collection hotspots on the Thames to count and remove that rising scourge of the world’s rivers and oceans – plastic drink bottles.
